Via courier
For orders of small volume and/or weight, delivery is made via courier with a fee proportional to the accessibility of the place of delivery and regardless of the order amount.
In addition, in the event that courier delivery is supported for your order, an option is provided Cash on delivery.
For orders of large volume and/or weight, the following options are offered:
Through an agency of your choice
For all regions except Attica and Thessaloniki, we initially recommend the most economical solution of delivery through an agency of your choice.
In this case, b2bislandpackaging undertakes the transport to the agency and charges you only the corresponding amount. The cost of transportation from the agency to your place is agreed and paid by you directly to the agency.
For transfers through the agency of your choice, the delivery times of the respective Transport Company apply.
When placing your order, you have the option to change this option and choose direct delivery to your location.
Through a transport company
The possibility of delivery through a transport company exists for most regions of Greece. The shipping cost results from the “accessibility” of the shipping location and is independent of the order volume.
- Delivery is done on the sidewalk.
If you want home delivery, there is a surcharge in relation to the cost of curbside delivery. - Delivery days to your place are:
- Attica and Attica agencies:
Delivery days are from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 am to 8:00 pm. - Outside Attica:
Delivery days are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Estimated Delivery Time
For the products available in the e-shop, see the estimated delivery time below:
Delivery by Courier (up to 20 kg)
For Attica & Prefecture capitals: 4-7 working days.
For remote areas, delivery time may be longer.
Delivery by Transport Company (>20 kg)
Attica: 4-7 working days.
Thessaloniki, Thessaly, Crete: 7-10 working days.
Rest of Greece: 7-10 working days until the partner agency, which will contact you by phone for the final delivery time.
Delivery via Agency of your choice (>20 kg)
4-7 working days to the Athens agency of your choice.
Then contact the agency for the definitive delivery time.
The products, which you buy both from our stores and from our e-shop, have minimum warranty 1 year. In the event that the manufacturer’s warranty is longer than 1 year, the manufacturer’s warranty is maintained.
Within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, you have the right to return the products you purchased and/or request their replacement:
- in all cases in which incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold through proven fault of b2bislandpackaging
- in all cases in which there has been a problem/actual defect in the product (function or quality) covered by the product warranty and if the warranty has been given by b2bislandpackaging. This provision does not cover products covered by third-party guarantees such as by the product manufacturer or its agent
- in case you change your mind.
- Before completing the order, during the online ordering process you can press the “Cancel” button located at the bottom left of your screen. By “clicking” on this button, the ordering process is automatically stopped.
